Founded in 1976 as a family-owned and operated company, Lauden began by providing plumbing and hot water heating services across residential, commercial, and service sectors. Over the years, we’ve grown into a trusted mechanical contractor specializing in complex design-build projects throughout Western Canada.
Today, Lauden operates out of a 27,500 square foot facility equipped with advanced fabrication capabilities, allowing us to prefabricate mechanical systems and components to exact client specifications. This not only improves efficiency on the job site but also ensures consistent quality and faster project delivery.
Our operations are built on a foundation of core values: production optimization, thinking ahead, teamwork, getting the job done, and finding solutions . These values have been central to our success for nearly five decades and continue to drive our commitment to excellence on every project we take on.

With their extensive experience and vast range of skills, Lauden continues to exceed expectations on the installation of its products and services. Lauden continues to strive for excellence by participating in the most up-to-date knowledge and skills based training available and through its involvement with the Alberta and Edmonton Construction Association. Lauden prides itself in maintaining an active involvement in the COR recognition safety program.
