PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This building has three distinctive and fundamentally different purposes – a workshop for operations personnel, office accommodation for plant site staff and the control centre for the plant site. HVAC, fire suppression and acoustic control considerations were unique to each zone in the facility, and provided many design and construction challenges.
